a little black pepper
1/4 cup ground flax
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup quinoa flakes
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 1/2 cups spelt flour +-
