Dinner on June 4th

Because my son was determined to eat maple syrup for dinner, pancakes were in order. To go with the hemp seed and pecan pancakes, I made a very zesty, highly herbed socca that was delightfully chewy and crispy. We had a salad of tomatoes from the farmer's market livened up with greens and herbs from our window garden, and our perennial favourite sauteed broccoli. Yummy.
