sauteed Kale





coconut oil

1 bunch kale, washed and chopped
1 small onion, finely diced
1 large carrot, shredded (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 large ripe tomato, finely diced

ground cumin
chili powder
sea salt


1. saute the onion, tomato, and carrot with the cumin, sea salt, and chili powder
2. add the kale, and toss well.
3. saute until cooked

serve
