People Who Make a Difference -- Not about Food

There's a lot of bad and ugly out there in the world -- or as I said to Jonathan Ahee, life is full of suck and ass.

But there are also bright lights that shine through the miasmic filth, squalor, detritus, and ugly-mean.

A couple of really bright, pretty much incandescent peeps that touched me this week:

Here are two people that in my opinion we are richer for having in the world. And it's not that what they did happened this week, and it's not that they are only relevant today. I just happened to hear about them, and wanted to spread the love.

We can't live by food alone ;)
