savoury snacks -- hemp and mesquite 'cookies'





1/2 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp chipotle powder
2 tbsp mesquite

1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup flax meal
1 cup hemp protein powder

1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup almond meal


directions:

preheat the oven to 345

1. combine ingredients in order listed
2. roll tsp of dough into balls, and flatten with a fork onto a lined baking sheet
3. bake at 345 for 16 minutes
