ingredients:
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp yeast
1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cups kamut flour +
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
directions:
1. combine the ingredients to form a smooth elastic soft dough
2. roll thin, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake for 15 minutes
3. serve with alacrity and poise
