Gluten free pizza




1/2 cup + 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp ground chia seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour


1. combine the ingredients
2. roll dough flat then roll edges up a little wee bit
3. top as desired
4. bake at 345 for 45 minutes
5. cool slightly (but just slightly), then serve

Which made a really terrific gluten free pizza crust. Yum!
