New Year's Day Lunch -- a vegan delight

After a couple of hours out in the fresh air, we were ready for a virtuous lunch.

1. torn baby spinach dressed with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and pepper
2. cashew dip
3. avocado dip
4. gluten-free pizza dough biscuits
5. pizza dough biscuits
6. crudites
