1 1/2 cups raw cashews soaked in water with a little sea salt, then rinsed (soaked for at least 4 hours)
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
black pepper
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
directions:
1. process the ingredients in a food processor until utterly smooth. You will need to scrape the sides down a number of times.
2. store in an airtight container.
3. You can adjust the consistency by adding more water
