1 cup (200g) chocolate -- callebaut bittersweet for example



melt in a double boiler

dip washed strawberries by holding onto the green part
lay on parchment to harden

p.s. make sure the berries are dry before dipping them.

make them look like angry birds -- what?

decorate with white and milk chocolate ...
