Creamy Leeks and Limas with Sweet potato




2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup finely diced cabbage
4 cups giant lima beans, soaked
1 bunch leaks, finely sliced (wash well, use only the tender parts. Save the tough parts for making soup broth or stock
4 cups sweet potatoes, diced

1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp marjoram
1/2 cup coconut butter
2 cups water
