Dry Roasted Almonds






1 kg raw (if possible unpasteurized) almonds
1/4 cup water
2 tsp sea salt


1. combine and let sit for 1 hour
2. spread on two baking sheets
3. bake at 345 for up to 30 minutes making sure they don't get too roasted
4. dehydrate on 200 for 3 hours
