Mother's day Lunch Socca


Socca has long been one of our favourite accompanists, and today it did not disappoint in it's role in our lunch. Simple to make, and always delicious.





ingredients:

2 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 cups water hot
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp chipotle powder
plenty of black pepper

1 cup chickpea flour

2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


directions:

1. combine the ingredients and mix with a whisk
2. pour onto a cast iron skillet and bake at 345 for 45 minutes
3. enjoy
