Vegan Summer Dinner

On the menu tonight:

1. Sushi -- brown rice, avocado, carrot, spinach, black sesame seeds, and nori
2. tomato and seaweed salad -- wakame, fresh tomatoes, black sesame seeds, soy sauce
3. seaweed and carrot salad -- wakame, purple carrots, sesame butter, brown rice vinegar
4. marinated cold tofu -- ying ying's tofu, organic tamari, black sesame seeds
5. blueberry coconut milk ice cream
6. peanut butter and honey coconut milk ice cream
