apple cider vinegar
sea salt
black pepper
chili powder
mesquite
1. in a large bowl, toss your raw cashews with apple cider vinegar
2. use a little salt, a bit of pepper, a little chili powder, and plenty of mesquite to season your cashews then toss well
3. spread on a lined baking sheet and bake at 200 for 2 hours
4. let cool then enjoy
