My son won't touch potatoes. Won't even taste 'em. Tonight, he steadfastly ignored the lovely oven roasted potato wedges. Instead, he happily shoveled in a bowl of chickpea and broccoli saute, and clamoured for more socca ... I have to say, I'm with him on the potatoes, which happen to be a particular favourite of my husband. Tonight it was the yellow ones, nice and fresh from our organic box. Colin had to make himself stop eating them. We could all agree that the socca liberally goosed with handfuls of dried herbs (both marjoram, and herbe de provence), and just a 1/2 tsp of salt, was aces.
